Bison is Nature’s Perfect Protein

Adding bison to your menu gives you and your family the best protein possible.

Bison are raised naturally spending most of their lives of grass with little to no time in feedlots. That means they aren’t given questionable drugs chemicals or hormones. The members of the NBA feel so strongly about this that the NBA bylaws oppose the use of these substances in the production of Bison for meat.

Bison are the non-domesticated athletes of the bovine family. They are very nutritious because they have a great balance of protein fat minerals and healthy fats compared to the calories. According to the USDA bison is a better choice than beef pork chicken and salmon because it has less fat fewer calories less cholesterol and more protein iron and vitamin B-12.

Bison also provide all the essential amino acids building blocks of protein that our bodies need. These amino acids help keep our nervous detox digestive and immune systems healthy. Bison also have a lot of healthy fats like Omega-3.
