Bison Steak Loins – Closeout Pricing – State Inspected

We transitioned to USDA inspection in June and, as a result, are offering the last of our state-inspected inventory at special closeout pricing before our September 18 dual-inspection deadline hits.

These loins are all from extremely well finished, field harvested, 100% grassfed prime bison heifers, and are aged for 21 days. They’re top shelf. See attached photo of some of our most-proud grass finished ribeyes as well as a cap-off (center cut) Top Sirloin Butt. They’re beautifully trimmed & 100% usable. This is an excellent opportunity to take advantage of our transition time-crunch.

These are all professionally processed in our facilities, frozen, and ready for pickup or freight arrangements. Inventory is available on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
