We are a small family owned buffalo (bison) operation in the eastern foothills of the beautiful Black Hills. We offer quarters, halves, and whole carcasses seasonally. The bison are humanely field harvested and delivered to a local processing facility per field harvesting regulations. All our bison are antibiotic and growth hormone free. They are raised on native grasses year round. Also offering personalized experiences from my 30+ years experience of raising this beautiful creation.
