We are a small family owned buffalo (bison) operation in the eastern foothills of the beautiful Black Hills. We offer quarters, halves, and whole carcasses seasonally. The bison are humanely field harvested and delivered to a local processing facility per field harvesting regulations. All our bison are antibiotic and growth hormone free. They are raised on native grasses year round. Also offering personalized experiences from my 30+ years experience of raising this beautiful creation. We are a small family-owned Bison ranch based in Middle TN. We started in the Bison industry in 2017 with quality animals and relocating our entire ranch to TN at the end of 2024. We pride ourselves on the Bison we have purchased over the years and have started the process of keeping the offspring as we set to replace the existing herd in the next few years with what we believe is yet and even greater quality animal than what we started with. We sell grass fed Bison on the rail, quarters, halves and wholes, in limited quantities, annually. We are now also offering small starter herd in limited quantities each fall and spring due to capacity restraints on the ranch. Coming soon select premium bison meat cuts along with value added products which include, Flavored Brats, Hotdogs and Snack Sticks all 100% bison.

Riffle Farms raises grass-fed and finished bison tucked in the hills of Preston County, where the grasses are cool and the snow is heavy. ​ Owner and Operator Liz Riffle is a U.S Navy Nurse Corps veteran and her husband, Jimmie, is currently still serving on active-duty as a Navy Nurse Corps Nurse Practitioner. Jimmie was born and raised in Grafton, WV. Jimmie's roots are in WV and the Riffle's want generations of Riffle boots to walk and work this ground, right alongside generations of thundering hooves! ​ We are homegrown and proud to now serve this great nation by feeding it!

Big Balls Ranch (BBR) is a family-owned and operated bison ranch nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Upstate South Carolina. Founded in 2019 from a dream of connection, legacy, and land stewardship, we raise bison with respect, grit, and love for the animal.

Texas Tribal Buffalo Project, exists to reconnect Texas Indigenous Lineal Descendents to each other as relatives as well as the Iyane’e as our relative. We are aligned with the International Buffalo Treaty and other Buffalo Lifeway movements. 1) TTBP first priority is soil, grass and water health 2) TTBP offers quality bison meat and products to enhance people’s health and lives. 3) TTBP Promoting health and well being of Texas Indigenous Lineal Descendents. 4) TTBP Providing all peoples of Texas, a chance to interact and understand the iYANE’E/buffalo and the native peoples of Texas history and culture. Ries's Tall Grass has been raising bison since 1996. Our operation is 100% grass-fed. We sell bison meat through our meat business, Bluestem Bison LLC.
